Facilitating energy transition through technology
I am a curious, analytical mining engineer with an interest in software development. Technology plays a critical role in the global energy transition and has changed the way we live. I am looking for opportunities in Clean Tech to apply 9 years of professional mining engineer experience and a passion for finding emerging technologies to accelerate the energy evolution.

Nearly a decade of experience in the Canadian energy and resource industry and there is still so much to learn. I had the unique experience of lauching my career during the start up of a mining mega-project and have since developed the following skills:
Technical Skills: Mine Design (Deswik, Surpac), Software Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript), Data Viz (PowerBI)
Highlights from an ongoing journey.
Here are a few websites that I built recently for clients to showcase their individual portfolios. I build fully responsive websites and apply the following process:
I am not accepting freelance clients at this moment.
I initiated and championed a project to update the monthly corporate reporting process at one of Canada's largest integrated energy companies. I observed and mapped out the existing process then applied self-taught knowledge of PowerBI to make improvements.

I started my mining engineer career at the Kearl mine in Northern Alberta in 2012. Over 9 years, I held roles in long range strategic planning and short range mine planning where I discovered a passion for integrated operational problem solving.
